MSC & PHD students spend the first year in studying, then on the second year they start their research and attend seminars.

During the first year they apply to two courses (in the new system), and they choose the subjects they want to study for each course.

If the student was failed in four subjects he will be dismissed from continuing the MSC or PHD.

Then after finishing the first year, the research stage begins, by choosing the subject and supervisors according to the list of availble subjects applied by the department.
